Job summary

Imitr Hr Consulting Services in Lucknow is seeking an experienced Real Estate Post-Sales CRM and Customer Support professional to join our team. You will manage post-sales CRM, respond to client queries, coordinate ATS and registration processes, issue reminders and possession updates, and resolve escalations smoothly to maintain high client satisfaction.

The role requires hands-on expertise in Far Vision ERP and MS Excel, strong knowledge of demand letters and possession formalities, and

Qualifications

• Min 8 yrs exp in Real Estate Post-Sales CRM & Customer Support.
• Mandatory hands-on expertise in Far Vision ERP & MS Excel.
• Expert in demand letters, ATS, documentation & possession formalities.

Responsibilities
