JobItUs in Kolkata is seeking a dynamic Sales Leader to drive real estate project sales and revenue growth across the Howrah-Liluah corridor and adjoining markets. You will lead a high-performing sales team, mentor brokers, and build strong relationships with channel partners to expand our footprint.

The role requires a proven track record of hitting targets, excellent negotiation and leadership skills, and proficiency with CRM systems for analytics and reporting. Location: Liluah, Kolkata.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve project sales and revenue targets.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to drive lead conversion and business growth.
• Build and manage strong relationships with brokers, channel partners, and real estate agents.
• Drive sales through an established network across Kolkata, Howrah, Liluah, and adjoining markets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, customer preferences, and business opportunities.
• Manage key client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Drive collection targets, ensure documentation as per SOPs, and coordinate with the CRM team.
• Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Ensure adherence to sales processes, company policies, and SOPs.

Key Requirements

• Relevant experience in real estate sales within the Kolkata market.
• Hands-on experience in Liluah, Howrah,and surrounding areas is strongly preferred.
• Must have Strong local network of brokers/channel partners in the Howrah-Liluah market.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, sales analytics, and reporting.
