Job summary

Vodafone Idea Limited is seeking an AGM-UI/UX Designer to drive digital experiences for web and mobile in Mumbai. The role demands strong UI/UX capabilities, research experience, and a solid portfolio across consumer and enterprise domains.

You will work with product, tech, and analytics teams to craft intuitive, scalable designs and communicate effectively with stakeholders. The incumbent should bring proficiency in Figma, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and a collaborative mindset to deliver

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, research experience is a big plus.
• Strong portfolio of design projects (consumer preferred, enterprise, trade & retail also works)
• Background in project management and research
• Proficient with interaction design and information architecture
• Proficient in SDLC software like Figma, Zeplin, JIRA, Adobe CS & Google Suite is a must
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS; Flutter, JavaScript is a plus
• Problem-solving aptitude
• Analytical mind with a interest in business
• Excellent communication & presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Understand product specifications and user psychology by asking the right questions, looking at primary and secondary research
• Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback
• Create personas through user research and data
• Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success
• Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs
• Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability, human experience led, transformative design)
• Work with UI designers to implement memorable, high attention to detail & high craftsmanship in designs
• Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers, business and other stakeholders across digital
• Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends

Someone who has B2C/B2B digital experiences across web & mobile. The incumbent will be responsible to work in a continuous improvement model with tech, product, design, analytics & business teams and build intuitive, memorable & scalable experiences. He/she should be willing to focus on self, team and the design chapter with core focus on the deliverables of your squad/team.
