Job summary

Fulcrum Digital is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile project delivery and coordinate cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will manage ceremonies, scope, timelines, and risks while ensuring effective communication with business and technical stakeholders.

Strong knowledge of 3-tier architecture and Insurance domain (P&C) is a plus. Certification (CSM/PSM) is required, with 3–8 years in Scrum/Agile roles, and the ability to drive continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of experience in Scrum Master, Agile delivery, or project management roles.
• Mandatory Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, sprint management, and project delivery.
• Awareness of 3-tier application design and architecture (Presentation, Business Logic, and Data).
• Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently manage small to mid-sized projects with strong ownership and accountability.
• Experience working with cross-functional technical teams and managing delivery risks.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Development, QA, UX, and Business teams, to ensure timely delivery.
• Act as the primary point of contact for business and technical stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and escalation management.
• Coordinate with external vendors and technology partners as required.
• Support UAT, release management, deployment, and go-live activities.
• Identify and resolve delivery blockers while driving continuous process improvements.
