Job summary

Agiliad LLC is seeking an experienced Scrum Master with 8–10 years of delivery leadership to drive planning and execution of large‑scale software projects in the health care domain. The role emphasizes agile practices, cross‑functional facilitation, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement of delivery processes.

You will lead Scrum ceremonies, collaborate with architects and QA, and guide teams through SDLC, DevOps, and modern software development standards to ensure on-time, on-budget

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in program/project management, preferably in software development or IT infrastructure.
• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a technical environment.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), Agile/Scrum, and DevOps practices.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-platform software projects (Windows/Linux, cloud/on-premises).
• Technical proficiency in relevant technologies (e.g., .NET Core, REST APIs, cloud services, CI/CD tools).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of complex software projects.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Define milestones, deliverables, and success criteria in alignment with business and technical requirements.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and change requests; proactively address issues to ensure project continuity.
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives).
• Understand architectural principles, software requirements, and solution design to guide teams.
• Collaborate with architects, engineering leads, and QA to ensure technical excellence and adherence to standards.
• Design, implement, and optimize project management processes and tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
• Standardize documentation, reporting, and communication practices across projects.
