Job summary

Cloudxtreme in Pune, Maharashtra is seeking a Certified Scrum Master to lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies, mentor teams, and ensure timely delivery of projects.

You will collaborate with Product Owners to define scope, manage risks, and report progress using Agile metrics. The role requires excellent communication and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.

Experience with Jira/Trello and a solid understanding of SDLC will help you drive successful IT project delivery at Cloudxtreme.

Qualifications

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) with strong Scrum, Kanban and Lean knowledge.
• Experience leading and motivating cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive project management approach.
• Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and IT project delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field; additional project management certifications are a plus.
