Job summary

Zoho seeks a Senior Agile Coach to drive enterprise-wide Agile transformation across Mumbai and Pune, onsite only. You will mentor Leadership, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and cross-functional teams, aligning Scrum, Kanban and SAFe with strategic goals.

Lead governance, scaling models, and delivery excellence while driving metrics-driven improvements. You bring 15+ years in IT and 9+ years in Agile coaching, with strong stakeholder influence and hands-on Jira proficiency.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in IT
• 9+ years as Agile Coach
• Proven expertise in coaching leadership, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and teams.
• Strong background in enterprise-wide Agile adoption (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Skilled in Agile governance, scaling models, and delivery execution.
• Hands-on with metrics-driven improvement (velocity, cycle time, OKRs).

Responsibilities

• Drive Agile mindset, practices, and self-organization across teams.
• Align frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) with business strategy and outcomes.
• Establish Agile governance, best practices, and scaling models.
• Facilitate workshops, sprint planning, and Agile training sessions.
• Provide hands-on mentoring to Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and teams.
• Support Agile transformation roadmap and maturity assessments.
• Coordinate cross-team planning workshops and Agile communities of practice.
• Ensure Agile project metrics are tracked, monitored, and optimized.

Key Requirements

Total Experience: 15+ years in IT

Proficiency in tools like JIRA.

Experience as an organizational change agent across multiple teams.

Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leadership.
