Job summary

Barclays in Pune seeks an experienced Agile Coach to guide teams and leaders in adopting Agile at scale, aligning delivery with strategic goals.

You will mentor across team-of-teams and portfolios, drive Lean practices, and use metrics to improve flow and outcomes. This role emphasizes collaboration with product, platform, and change delivery groups. Based in Pune, you will foster an Agile mindset and help the organization mature its agile capabilities.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience coaching Agile delivery within large, complex organisations.
• Strong expertise in Business Agility, SAFe, and coaching across team, team-of-teams, and portfolio levels.
• Proven track record of improving delivery flow, predictability, quality, and business outcomes through Lean and Agile practices.
• Ability to use delivery and engineering metrics to identify improvement opportunities and drive measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and coach : Guide teams and leaders on Agile principles, practices, tools, and methodologies in alignment to the Business Unit’s strategic needs and delivering value to the client / customers
• Facilitate Colleague Development:Coach and Develop colleagues to embed Agile ways of working, championing an Agile mindset and behaviors to drive cultural change
• Build High-Performing Teams: Help teams identify and address impediments to Agile execution and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning
• Continuous Improvement: Use data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
• Cross Business Collaboration: Collaborate with other Agile Coaches, share best practice and contribute to a network of Agile champions across Business Units
• Agile Adoption: Own the Agile coaching strategy to continually improve maturity levels across the organisation by embedding best practices.

To be successful as an Agile Coach you should have experience with:

• Proven track record of improving delivery flow, predictability, quality, and business outcomes through Lean and Agile practices.

• Excellent coaching, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and delivery teams.

Some other highly valued skills may include:

• Experience working across product, platform, technology, and change delivery environments.
• Strong understanding of value-based prioritization and outcome-led delivery approaches, including techniques such as WSJF.
• Experience embedding product-centric ways of working, customer value focus, and outcome-based planning.
