Job summary

Capgemini in Bengaluru is looking for an experienced Agile Coach to guide cross-functional teams in delivering new products and upgrades, with accountability spanning multiple Agile teams. You will craft schedules, estimates, and release plans, and run program rituals to ensure on-time delivery and high quality.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years IT experience, 3+ years in Agile coaching, and hands-on coaching for 2-4 teams, mentoring Scrum Masters and Product Owners while driving transformation

Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall IT experience.
• 3+ years of Agile coaching experience.
• In depth knowledge of 2+ frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, scaling agile).
• Led 1-2 Agile transformations.
• Experience coaching individuals and teams on agile principles and methodologies.
• Hands-on coaching to 2-4 Agile teams simultaneously with guidance on agile roles, rituals and artifacts.
• Mentor and upskill Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and stakeholders.
• Ability to drive transformation KPIs across the organization.

Your Profile

Facilitate cross-functional engineering teams in the delivery and implementation of new products or upgrades to existing products. There is an on-front expectation that this accountability can span up to two distinct Agile teams.

Develop detailed schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports, conduct project meetings and ensure adherence to quality standards.

Maintain multiple-sprint release plans, release trajectory and release burndown based on capacity and velocity predictions.

Facilitates cross-team, program wide rituals, like release planning or program retrospectives.

Your Role

• At least 10+ years of overall IT experience
• At least 3+ years of Agile coaching experience
• In depth knowledge of 2 or more frameworks preferably Scrum, Kanban and Scaling agile models
• Have been actively involved in 1-2 Agile transformations
• Experience in coaching and training individuals and teams on agile principles and methodologies
• Ability to provide hands on coaching to 2-4 Agile teams simultaneously with in-depth guidance on agile roles, rituals, and artifacts
• Mentor and upskill participants in all Agile roles - especially the ones of Scrum Master, Product owner Business stakeholders
• Ability to drive and monitor transformation KPIs within the organization and BUs
