Job summary

Larsen & Toubro (L&T) in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Agile Coach to mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners and delivery teams to advance Agile maturity and scale programs. You will drive SAFe/LeSS adoption, facilitate ceremonies, and promote a servant-leadership culture across multiple teams.

You will partner with leaders to implement DevOps practices, measure progress with KPIs, and foster continuous improvement through communities of practice and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, XP).
• Experience in Agile transformation programs across multiple teams or departments.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills.
• Understanding of Lean principles and systems thinking.

Responsibilities

• Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and development teams to improve Agile maturity.

• Facilitation: Lead workshops, retrospectives, and Agile ceremonies.
• Leadership Coaching: Help executives and managers embrace servant leadership and Agile mindset.
• Metrics & Improvement: Define KPIs (velocity, cycle time, value delivery) and drive continuous improvement.
• Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives to embed Agile culture.
• Community Building: Establish Agile communities of practice and knowledge-sharing forums.

Preferred candidate profile
