Job summary

Embitel Technologies in Bengaluru seeks an experienced Agile Coach to drive Agile adoption and continuous improvement across the organization. You will coach senior leadership and teams, align backlogs with customer needs, and foster an Agile mindset across APAC, Europe, and USA.

The role emphasizes strong facilitation and collaboration across global teams. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of Agile coaching experience, expertise in Scrum, Kanban and SAFe, and a background in DevOps environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Agile Coach in a global environment.
• Proven ability to coach senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Scrum, Kanban and SAFe methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Coaching senior leadership to drive top-down and bottom-up Agile adoption.
• Mentoring teams on Agile principles and practices like Scrum and Kanban.
• Collaborating with product owners, management and stakeholders to align goals with customer needs.
• Breaking down tasks into user stories and assisting effort estimation.
• Identifying impediments and guiding teams to improve performance.
• Advocating for Agile mindset and guiding organizational changes.

Job description

As an Agile Coach plays a crucial role in driving Agile adoption and continuous improvement across the organization

Key responsibilities include:

• Coaching senior leadership in Agile practices to ensure top-down adoption along with bottom-up adoption strategized for better flow of communication.
• Coaching and mentoring teams on Agile principles, values and practices like Scrum and Kanban
• Collaborating with product owners, management, and stakeholders to prioritize the backlog and align team goals with customer needs
• Assisting teams in breaking down complex tasks into manageable user stories and help estimating effort based on Work Breakdown structure.
• Identifying impediments, finding solutions, and helping teams optimize performance through Agile Coaching.
• Communicating the Agile mindset and guiding organizational changes to become Agile .

Required qualifications typically include:

• Exposure to CI/CD Dev Ops environment
• 5 years of experience as an Agile Coach
• Expertise in Agile methodologies like Scrum, Kanban and SAFe
• Strong coaching, mentoring and facilitation skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Worked in global environment and has exposure of different working culture accross APAC , Europe, and USA .
