The Agile Coach guides teams, leaders, and stakeholders in adopting and improving agile ways of working to deliver valuable software products effectively and sustainably. The Agile Coach partners with team, product leaders, and management to evolve practices, mindset, and organizational structures, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement at team and multi-team level.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY:
- Coach multiple teams, tribes, and leaders (including managers and product leaders) to strengthen agile mindset and behaviors across the organization.
- Facilitate and evolve large-scale events and practices (e.g., Big Room Planning, roadmap alignment, cross-team synchronization).
- Lead or significantly contribute to agile transformation and scaling initiatives, including change management and stakeholder alignment.
- Mentor and develop other Agile Coaches and Scrum Masters, building a strong internal coaching community.
- Partner with senior leadership to design and refine the agile operating model, including roles, structures, and flow of work.
- Promote outcome-oriented metrics and transparency to support data-informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR:
- Significant experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master in a software development environment, ideally across multiple teams and products.
- Deep knowledge of agile and lean principles, with experience in several frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, XP, and at least one scaling approach such as SAFe, LeSS, or Scrum@Scale).
- Proven experience coaching at team and leadership levels and influencing organizational change.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong systems thinking, problem-solving, and conflict-management skills.
- Experience working with agile at scale and coordinating across multiple teams and dependencies.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, prioritize effectively, and remain calm under pressure.
