Job summary

Skillventory in India seeks a dynamic role focused on training and guiding life insurance advisors. The incumbent will coach on products, sales techniques, and regulatory guidelines, while generating life insurance business via the agency channel.

You will support advisors in lead generation, customer acquisition, and closing policies, and drive premium targets monthly, quarterly, and yearly. Joint sales calls with advisors and ongoing performance reviews will be part of the role, along with

Qualifications

• Experience in life insurance sales through agency channels.
• Proven ability to train and mentor advisors on products and regulatory guidelines.
• Track record of achieving premium targets and ensuring policy persistency.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and reporting requirements.
