Job summary

Kotak Life Insurance is seeking a field-focused Agency Manager to drive growth through strategic partnerships and network expansion. You will onboard new agency partners, provide ongoing support and ensure alignment with revenue targets.

Collaborating with Marketing, Product and Operations, you will implement sales strategies, track performance, and report on pipeline development to enable scalable, cross-functional execution across markets.

Qualifications

• Agency management experience or equivalent in financial services preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and partner onboarding capabilities.
• Experience in driving sales strategy and revenue targets.
