Job summary

Accenture in Mumbai is seeking an Aftermarket Services Advanced Specialist for IX Aftermarket Service Operations - Warranty Management. The role requires BE Mechanical or Automobile with strong knowledge in automotive warranty and parts management and 7–11 years of experience.

You will define warranty offerings, run outsourced after-sales warranty support and entitlement programs, analyze data to reduce costs, and improve product quality while pursuing higher recoveries from suppliers.

What would you do?

• Industry X operations enables end-to-end operations integration through data & digital twin to operate client core processes and client product centric operations.
• Moving to an intelligent operating model powered by data, digital technologies and talent unlocked value at the seams
• Define warranty offerings; run outsourced after-sales warranty support and entitlement programs; evaluate customer feedback and planned versus actual costs of warranty coverage; use warranty data analytics to reduce cost and improve product quality; increase recoveries from suppliers and design and deploy warranty solutions.
