Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Aftermarket Svcs Adv Specialist in Mumbai with 7 to 11 years’ BE Mechanical or Automobile experience, and strong knowledge in automotive warranty and parts management.

You will analyze warranty data, define warranty offerings, run outsourced after-sales warranty support, evaluate costs, and contribute to programs that improve product quality and recoveries from suppliers, while aligning with senior management direction.

What would you do?

• Industry X operations enables end-to-end operations integration through data & digital twin to operate client core processes and client product centric operations.
• Moving to an intelligent operating model powered by data, digital technologies and talent unlocked value at the seams
• Define warranty offerings; run outsourced after-sales warranty support and entitlement programs; evaluate customer feedback and planned versus actual costs of warranty coverage; use warranty data analytics to reduce cost and improve product quality; increase recoveries from suppliers and design and deploy warranty solutions.

What are we looking for?

• Primary skill - Warranty Management - P4
• BE Mechanical or automobile with highly proficient knowledge in automotive warranty and parts management.

• In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems.
• May create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures.
• The person would require understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals.
• Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor.
• May interact with peers and or management levels at a client and or within Accenture.
• Guidance would be provided when determining methods and procedures on new assignments.
