Job summary

Accenture in India is seeking an Aftermarket Services Adv Associate to contribute to warranty management and claims processing in our Navi Mumbai operations.

You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards, investigate warranty cases, and help implement efficiency improvements, requiring a BE or Diploma in Automobile and 1–3 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• BE Automobile Graduate or Diploma in Automobile with automotive exposure.
• 1–3 years of experience in aftermarket/service operations or warranty.
• Familiarity with parts catalogs, dealer support, and standard labor times.

• Maintain quality and service standards for warranty claims processing.
• Investigate and verify warranty claims using available resources (parts catalog, dealer assist, standard labor time).
