Job summary

Resource Algorithm in Bengaluru is seeking an Engineer – After Sales to manage customer service requests, assist with machine installation, and troubleshoot on-site issues. The role includes preventive maintenance, spare parts coordination, equipment demonstrations, and customer training to ensure a smooth service closure.

Ideal candidates are hands-on, with strong communication skills, and able to coordinate with suppliers and field technicians to minimize downtime and maximize equipment

Qualifications

• Experience in after-sales support and service coordination.
• Knowledge of installation, commissioning and troubleshooting of equipment.
• Ability to manage preventive maintenance and spare parts coordination.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer service requests and after-sales support.
• Oversee machine installation and commissioning on-site.
• Troubleshoot field issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance activities and spare parts.
• Demonstrate equipment and train customers on operation and safety.
• Support service closure with accurate reporting and handover.
