Job summary

Parity Cube Pvt. Ltd. in Mumbai is seeking an Affiliate Operations professional to manage day-to-day affiliate campaign setup, tracking, and delivery across accounts.

You will implement and troubleshoot conversion tracking, postbacks, S2S integrations, and pixel/tag setup, while handling payout reconciliation and QA across networks. Working with top networks and MMPs, you will monitor campaign health, ensure compliance, and drive growth by translating performance data into actionable

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years in affiliate operations, performance marketing operations, affiliate account management, or a related digital role.
• Hands-on with affiliate campaign delivery: conversion tracking, postbacks, S2S integrations, payout reconciliation, and campaign QA.
• Understands affiliate/performance cost models (CPS, CPC, CPL, CPA, CPC, RevShare) and how payouts and margins work.
• Familiar with affiliate networks and platforms (Impact, CJ, Tune/HasOffers, Trackier, or similar) and MMP/attribution tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, or similar), or able to learn them fast.
• Good with people and data both: can talk to an advertiser and read a performance report.
• Organised and reliable under multiple moving parts; catches details.
• Eager to grow into a broader operations-and-commercial role over time.
