Job summary

Soar With Us is seeking a driven TikTok Shop Affiliate Manager to scale creator-led revenue for ecommerce brands in a fully remote, international setting. You will build relationships with creators, launch high-performing affiliate campaigns, and drive measurable sales across multiple client accounts.

You will work with TikTok Shop specialists and gain exposure to TikTok’s latest ecommerce initiatives, helping brands unlock the full potential of creator commerce.

• Experience working with creators, influencers or affiliate partners.

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage affiliate campaigns, including product gifting, commission structures, and content briefings.
• Monitor daily activity and performance metrics (CTR, GMV, sales, AOV, affiliate contribution).
• Identify opportunities to optimise creator performance and campaign profitability.
• Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and aligned with client objectives.
• Collaborate with Department Lead, content, paid media and client teams to align creator activity with growth strategies.
• Liaise with creators to provide support and ensure brand compliance.
• Track and report on affiliate campaign performance using TikTok Shop dashboards and internal tools.

The Role

We're looking for a driven TikTok Shop Affiliate Manager to join one of the UK's leading TikTok ecommerce agencies and help scale creator-led revenue for ambitious ecommerce brands. This isn't a traditional affiliate role. You'll be at the forefront of TikTok Shop, building relationships with creators, launching high-performing affiliate campaigns, and driving measurable sales growth across multiple client accounts. Working alongside our TikTok Shop specialists and with direct exposure to TikTok's latest ecommerce initiatives, you'll play a key role in helping brands unlock the full potential of creator commerce.

Requirements

• Use TikTok Shop's Affiliate Center to identify and recruit suitable creators for our brand clients
• Conduct outreach, negotiate partnerships, and onboard creators into affiliate campaigns
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with creators through structured incentive and reward schemes
• Develop a consistent pipeline of high-performing creators across multiple client accounts

Campaign Management

• Set up and manage affiliate campaigns, including product gifting, commission structures, and content briefings
• Monitor daily activity and performance metrics including CTR, GMV, sales, AOV and affiliate contribution
• Identify opportunities to optimise creator performance and campaign profitability
• Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and aligned with client objectives

Collaboration & Coordination

• Work closely with the Department Lead, content, paid media and client teams to align creator activity with wider growth strategies
• Liaise with creators to provide support, creative direction and ensure brand compliance

Reporting & Optimisation

• Track and report on affiliate campaign performance using TikTok Shop dashboards and internal tools
• Share actionable insights with internal stakeholders and clients
• Continuously test, iterate and improve affiliate strategies to maximise results over time

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience managing TikTok Shop affiliate campaigns
• Strong understanding of TikTok Shop Affiliate Center
