Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a seasoned MarTech expert with 12+ years of experience to lead AEP/AJO initiatives in Hyderabad. You will design data models, build data flows, and deploy AEP changes across RTCDP, CJA and other modules, while guiding clients through end-to-end marketing solutions.

Ideal candidate will have deep Adobe Experience Platform expertise, strong communication skills, and a track record of delivering integrated marketing architectures in multi-vendor environments.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in MarTech and SME in AEP/AJO

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert in AEP and AJO for client solutions
• Work with customer and digital marketing data, segmentation, measurement and analytics
• Leverage marketing domain knowledge across Adobe Experience Platform tools
• Analyze client business needs and present end-to-end marketing solutions
• Communicate effectively with clients to explain marketing solutions
• Propose alternate solutions for complex technical/functional scenarios
• Hands-on experience with AEP modules: RTCDP, CJA, AJO, Data Science
• Define architecture and design AEP changes per Adobe best practices
• Build AEP data model, data flows and jobs
• Implement/enhance AEP changes per technical designs
• Understand AEP APIs and deployment processes
• Knowledge of Identity Graph, Real-time Customer Profile, Segmentation, DS Workspace
• Configure data collection using Experience Platform Launch and map to XDM
• Understand how websites work to improve acquisition and loyalty metrics
• Knowledge of Adobe IO and App Builder (Project Firefly)
• Build customer journeys using Customer Journey Optimizer
• Configure email templates with HTML/CSS and reusable fragments
• Understand Offer Decisioning in AEP and analytics
• In-depth understanding of Adobe Experience Cloud architecture
• Excellent client management and executive-ready communication
• Experience in multi-vendor environments and on-off models

Role & responsibilities

• 12+yrs of experience in MarTech space to serve as a subject matter expert in AEP and AJO
• Experience working with customer and digital marketing data and segmentation opportunities, and various measurement and analysis techniques and technologies.
• Sound knowledge & experience of marketing domain spreading across the industry leading tool platforms
• Experience in analysing client business needs and present with end-to-end marketing solution
• Outstanding communication skills, ability to interact and make client understand the marketing solution lucidly
• Ability to come up with alternate solutions/thought processes when presented with a complex technical/functional scenario
• Experience working in Adobe Experience Platform and hands on experience on one or more key modules of RTCDP, CJA, AJO, Data Science
• Define Architecture and design AEP changes based on Adobes best practices
