Job summary

DN Solutions is seeking an experienced Application Engineer to support CNC machining activities, analyze drawings, and estimate cycle times for customer proposals.

You will conduct machine prove-outs, validate processes at customer sites, and provide pre- and post-sales technical support. Willingness to travel and relocate to Rajkot is required to serve clients effectively.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of hands-on CNC experience.
• Proficient in Fanuc and Siemens NC systems.
• Willing to travel to customer sites and relocate to Rajkot.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and interpret component drawings for machining feasibility and process planning.
• Estimate cycle times and prepare technical documentation for customer proposals.

• Collaborate with design and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Application Engineer with a strong background in CNC machining to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring hands‑on experience with HTC, VMC machines, along with a deep understanding of component drawings, cycle time estimation, and post‑sales support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse and interpret component drawings for machining feasibility and process planning
• Estimate cycle times and prepare technical documentation for customer proposals
• Conduct machines prove‑outs and process validation at customer sites
• Provide technical support during pre‑sales and post‑sales phases
• Collaborate with design and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5–7 years of hands‑on experience with CNC machines (HTC, VMC, HMC, VTL)
• Proficient in Fanuc and Siemens NC systems
• Strong understanding of machining processes and tooling
• Ability to work independently and travel to customer locations as needed
• Based out of Rajkot or willing to relocate
• Willingness to travel as and when required
