• Act as the first point of contact for students for all academic and administrative queries.
• Ensure effective inter-departmental and intra-departmental coordination for timely issue resolution.
• Conduct regular interactions and follow-ups with students to monitor engagement and progress.
• Track and ensure completion of academic and administrative processes (assignments, exams, registrations, etc.).
• Perform verification and validation of student data and records.
• Maintain and update batch-wise progress reports and dashboards.
• Provide academic planning support, including course selection and progression guidance.
• Identify at-risk students and initiate early intervention strategies.
