Core skills include hands‑on SQL querying, Excel VBA development, dash-boarding, and Salesforce operational reporting, with a sharp focus on eliminating manual toil, ensuring data accuracy at scale, and maintaining operational continuity.
Provide day‑to‑day operational support, triage incoming requests, and respond to incidents within defined SLAs.
Identify automation opportunities by analyzing existing manual workflows, recurring incidents, and SLA patterns to propose automated workflows. Document all dashboards, reports, queries, macros, and workflows to ensure knowledge continuity and team scalability.
