Aptiv in Bengaluru seeks a senior Advanced Software Engineer to advance AUTOSAR integration for ADAS platforms and AUTOSAR modeling. You will design, implement, and optimize embedded software within a multicore environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams in an agile setting.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in AUTOSAR embedded software development.
• Bachelor's or master's in electrical/electronics/instrumentation/robotics.
• Proven experience in AUTOSAR BSW stack development and ARXML integrations.
• Experience with multicore AUTOSAR configurations and CAN/LIN communication.
• Strong coding, debugging, and scripting skills (Python).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and large codebases.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer requirements and translate them to design and code.
• Develop AUTOSAR-based embedded software for ADAS products.
• Model AUTOSAR software components and configure system (component instances, connectors).
• Optimize AUTOSAR-based software architecture for multicore environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
• Resolve RTE changes and merge to Gerrit.

Advance Software Engineer - Autosar, Mcal, Bsw and ARXML Your Role Advanced Software Engineer for Autosar integration

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Will be working together on AUTOSAR embedded projects for System Vehicle and Product Architecture . Analyzing customer requirements and convert them to design and code Working on AUTOSAR based embedded SW dev for ADAS products Performing AUTOSAR modeling and system config ( SWC compositions like Component instances, connectors), optimize AUTOSAR based SW architecture in multicore environment Collaborate with cross functional teams to bring innovation or overcome the obstacles of the owned modules Plan, monitor and manage your time effectively against your targets Work in an agile development environment

Your Background

A graduate in BE/B.Tech/ ME/ M.Tech (Electricals/ Electronics/ Instrumentation, Robotics) with work experience of 6 - 10 years A go-getter, good in communication, challenge ideas to achieve career aspirations aligned with APTIV mission A Learning Enthusiast to be passionate about learning, follow trends and publications in the market outlining new solutions ARXML integrations and AUTOSAR BSW stack Development COM stack ( CAN, LIN,), Memory Stack, Diagnostic Stack, OS, Wdg Embedded development tools (compilers, debuggers, serial data tools, canoe, etc.) Embedded microprocessor experience (operating systems, I/O drivers, communication drivers, etc.) Build frameworks( Bazel, MTS Make, CMAKE, etc) Experience with version control and issue tracking on large collaborative projects (Plastic, Git, Gerrit, Polarion, Jira, Jenkins or similar) Flexibility to work at any time on project need. Experience in resolving Rte changes merge to Gerrit. Experience in Python scripting. Able to perform the SWE.1 to SWE.6 activities. Experience in code profiling and optimization(MISRA and UT ) Prior experience with CI/CD or build management. (eg: CMake/Bazel)
