Job summary

Aptiv is seeking an Electrical/Electronics Engineer to design and develop automotive products in Active Safety and User-Experience. This position is located in TCI.

You will collaborate with hardware and software teams, apply Autosar methodologies, and contribute to safe, connected mobility through rigorous validation and debugging. Qualifications

• Understanding of BCM/Gateway domain.
• Experience in CAN/LIN/Ethernet stack configuration and design.
• Experience in MCAL/BSW/MCUs and complex drivers.
• Autosar methodologies and workflows.
• Embedded C for 16/32-bit microcontrollers (Renesas, ST, Infineon).
• Experience with cross compilers and debuggers.
• Hands-on CAN/LIN/Ethernet with tools like CANalyzer, CANoe; debugging with E1, Lauterbach, Trace32.
• Familiarity with static analysis and unit testing tools.
• Experience with Git, Polarion, Jira and Agile processes.
• Ability to operate measurement tools like Oscilloscope and current probes.
• Awareness of ASPICE and ISO 26262 safety processes.
• Good communication and teamwork.

• Design and develop automotive products in Active Safety and User-Experience.

• Apply Autosar methods and engage in safety processes and analyses.
• Validate and verify embedded software using industry tools and standards.

Your Background

• Rquired Technical Skiils : Understanding of BCM/Gateway domain
• Experience in communication stack configuration and design (CAN, LIN, Ethernet)
• Experience in Microcontrollers, MCAL, IOHAL, Memory, complex drivers and BSW modules
• Experience in Autosar methodologies and workflows
• Experience in embedded SW development using C for 16/32-bit micros – Renesas, ST, Infineon, etc.
• Experience in cross compilers, debuggers/emulators
• Hands on experience in CAN, LIN, Ethernet, Power Mode, UDS, Diagnostics, Bootloader, communication protocols – CAN/LIN & Hands on tools like CANalyzer, CANoe, Debuggers like E1, Lauterbach, Trace32
• Experience in Verification tools- Static analysis tools, Unit Testing tools
• Experience in tools like GIT, Polarion, Jira and Agile process
• Experience in handling measurement tools like Oscilloscope, Current probe,Signal generators etc.
• Exposure to Automotive standard processes-ASPICE Functional safety ISO 26262 overview
• Good Communication Skills
• Good Team player and motivated to work in cross cultural environment
