Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care in Gurgaon, India seeks an Advanced Nurse Practitioner to drive adoption of High Flux Dialysis and HV-HDF therapies across hospitals and dialysis centres. Qualifications

• Min 5-6 years of dialysis/nephrology experience.
• Experience with hemodialysis therapies; HDF/HV-HDF preferred.
• Experience in customer training or therapy implementation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support hospitals and dialysis centres in establishing and operationalizing High Flux Dialysis/HDF/HV-HDF therapy programs.
• Assist customers in clinical workflow setup, therapy protocols, and best practices for Advanced Therapies.
• Conduct on-site clinical support during installation, initiation, and stabilization phases of HDF/HV-HDF therapy.
• Ensure proper therapy adoption and utilization aligned with clinical guidelines and company recommendations.
• Support troubleshooting of therapy-related clinical issues in coordination with technical and commercial teams.
• Conduct structured training programs for dialysis nurses, technicians, and clinicians on HDF/HV-HDF therapies.
• Develop and deliver educational sessions, workshops, CMEs, and hands-on demonstrations for customers.
• Train customers on machine handling, therapy optimization, patient monitoring, infection control, and therapy compliance.
• Create and maintain training documentation, competency checklists, SOPs, and educational materials.
• Ensure continuous upskilling of customer clinical teams on Advanced Therapies.
• Travel across India based on business and customer requirements.

Reporting To: SBU Head – Advanced Therapies, Commercial Operations

Location: Gurgaon, India (All India Role)

Job Purpose

To support the growth and successful implementation of Advanced Therapies (High Flux Dialysis/HDF/HV-HDF) across India by providing clinical expertise, customer training, therapy adoption support, and ongoing clinical education to hospitals, dialysis centres, nephrologists, and nursing teams.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical & Therapy Implementation

• Support hospitals and dialysis centres in establishing and operationalizing High Flux Dialysis/HDF/HV-HDF therapy programs
• Assist customers in clinical workflow setup, therapy protocols, and best practices for Advanced Therapies
• Conduct on-site clinical support during installation, initiation, and stabilization phases of HDF/HV-HDF therapy

• Support customer retention and therapy expansion initiatives through strong clinical engagement
• Gather customer feedback and share market insights with internal stakeholders

Commercial & Cross Functional Support

• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Technical Service, and Medical teams to support therapy conversions and upgrades.
• Provide clinical inputs during customer discussions, product evaluations, and therapy presentations
• Support new product launches and therapy awareness initiatives in the market
• Participate in conferences, workshops, and scientific meetings related to dialysis and Advanced Therapies

Compliance & Quality

• Ensure all clinical training and support activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer training activities and field visits
• Adhere to quality standards, infection control practices, and patient safety protocols

Experience

• Min 5 - 6 years of relevant clinical experience in dialysis, nephrology, or renal care
• Strong exposure to Hemodialysis therapies; experience in HDF/HV-HDF preferred
• Experience in customer training, clinical education, or therapy implementation will be an added advantage
