Role Description

The Lead Dialysis Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Hyderabad Area. This role is responsible for overseeing hemodialysis treatments, ensuring machines and equipment are prepared, maintained, and operated according to established clinical protocols. The Lead Dialysis Technician monitors guests’ vital signs before, during, and after treatments, supports nephrologists and nursing staff in delivering safe care, and promptly reports any clinical concerns. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising dialysis technicians, coordinating treatment schedules, maintaining hygiene and infection control standards, and educating guests and their families about dialysis procedures and lifestyle considerations. The role also involves maintaining accurate treatment records, participating in continuous training, and contributing to process improvements that enhance guest experience and safety.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong technical skills in Dialysis and Hemodialysis procedures, including operation and basic troubleshooting of dialysis machines.
• Candidates should possess solid Patient Care skills, with a focus on empathy, guest communication, and adherence to infection control and safety protocols.
• Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Medicine and the ability to monitor and interpret Vital Signs during and after dialysis sessions.
• Relevant certification or diploma in dialysis technology or a related healthcare discipline; registration with applicable regulatory bodies is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in a dialysis or renal care setting, ideally in a lead or supervisory capacity.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team, manage shift responsibilities, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and commitment to NephroPlus values of guest-first care and collaborative teamwork.
