Job summary

Kairos Technologies in Hyderabad is seeking a Senior Consultant to deliver personalization and optimization solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance digital experiences and drive measurable business outcomes. The role requires strong skills in A/B testing, campaign performance analysis, JavaScript, APIs, and tag management, with experience in SPA frameworks like Angular or ReactJS.

You will work with Adobe Launch and JSON/DOM technologies to deliver robust client

Qualifications

• 7-8 yrs. client-facing consultant experience in Adobe Target implementations.
• Strong exposure in campaign optimization, defining test goals, ROI, tracking metrics, sample size.
• Basic-to-advanced JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, CSS/HTML, Web services/APIs.
• Exposure to SPA frameworks Angular, ReactJS etc.
• Strong experience with JSON and DOM related technologies.
• Strong experience with Tag management solutions, preferably Adobe Launch.
• Familiarity with UI/UX and Mobile.
• Familiarity with current W3C recommendations and their availability in common browsers.
• Solid understanding of general business models and strategies.
• Deep vertical industry experience (e.g., Retail, media, financial services, high tech).
• Passion for the internet domain and use of technology to solve business problems.
• Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
• Must be self-motivated, responsive, professional and dedicated to customer success.
• Possess an innovative, problem-solving mindset.
