Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) solutions to improve customer experiences.

• Resolve system and client experience issues across environments.
• Create technical documentation, specifications, and project artifacts for developing code.
• Identify and develop standards and best practices.
• Configure and test AJO campaigns and workflows for tracking, targeting, messaging.
