AEP developer

We are seeking an experienced Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Developer with strong expertise in implementing customer data platforms, real-time customer profiles, audience management, and marketing technology solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Experience Platform Web SDK, Adobe Launch (Tags), and integration of customer data from multiple enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement solutions using Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
• Configure and manage Real-Time Customer Profile (RTCP), Schemas, Datasets, Identity Resolution, and Data Governance.
• Develop and maintain XDM (Experience Data Model) schemas and data ingestion pipelines.
• Implement and manage Adobe Experience Platform Web SDK and Adobe Tags (Launch).
• Build and configure customer segments, audiences, and activation workflows.
• Integrate AEP with Adobe Experience Cloud applications such as: Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Campaign; work with APIs and connectors to ingest data from multiple enterprise sources.
• Collaborate with business teams to translate customer experience requirements into technical solutions.
• Perform troubleshooting, optimization, and performance tuning of AEP implementations.
• Ensure data quality, privacy, security, and governance standards are maintained.
• Support production deployments and provide ongoing maintenance.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
• Hands-on experience with: XDM Schema Design, Datasets, Data Lake, Real-Time Customer Profile, Identity Service, Segmentation Service, Experience with Adobe Launch (Tags) and Web SDK.
• Good understanding of Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and customer journey orchestration.
• Experience with REST APIs and data integrations.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and web technologies.
• Knowledge of SQL for data validation and analysis.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
