Role Description:-

The Admissions Officer role is a full-time, on-site position based at Unison World School in Dehradun. The Admissions Officer will manage the end-to-end admissions process, including responding to inquiries, guiding prospective students and families through application requirements, and coordinating campus visits and interviews. The role involves reviewing applications, maintaining accurate admissions records, and collaborating with academic and pastoral teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new students. The Admissions Officer will communicate with domestic and international families, provide clear, timely information, and represent the school at events, fairs, and outreach initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities also include supporting admission policies, preparing reports for leadership, and contributing to strategies that enhance the school’s visibility and enrollment.

Qualifications:-

• Post Graduate/ Graduate in Marketing & Communications or a related field from a reputed institution.
• Minimum 5 years of full-time experience in admissions at a school or college is a must.
• Experience or familiarity with Admissions processes, particularly for residential or boarding schools, will be an added advantage.
• Strong Interpersonal Skills to build trust and rapport with families, students, and internal staff.
• Excellent Communication abilities, including clear spoken and written English, and confident presentation skills.
• Background or interest in Education, preferably in school admissions, counseling, or student services.
• Proficiency in basic MS Office tools and admissions-related CRM platforms; ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
• Organisational and time-management skills to handle multiple inquiries, deadlines, and events efficiently.
• Ability to work on campus in Dehradun, collaborate within a diverse team, and uphold the school’s values and safeguarding standards.
