Role Description:-

This is a full-time on-site role for a Career Counsellor at Unison World School in Dehra Dun. The Career Counsellor will be responsible for providing career counselling and guidance to students, assisting with career development and management, and conducting student counselling sessions.

The Career Counsellor will guide students' academic, personal, and future career paths, offering one-on-one counselling, career assessments, college prep (essays, applications, recommendations), life skills workshops (interviewing, resumes) and collaborating with staff/parents to ensure holistic student development and successful transitions to higher education. Effective communication skills are essential for this role.
