Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing & Communications from a reputed institution.
• 3–5 years of experience in admission counselling and school admissions processes.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Strong interpersonal communication and general communication skills.
• Customer service skills to provide responsive, empathetic, and solution-oriented support throughout the admissions journey.
• Ability to work in a structured, deadline-driven environment with strong organisational and record-keeping skills.
• Proficient in MS Office tools and admission-related software or CRM systems.
• Prior experience in admissions, counselling, or student-facing roles is preferred.

Role Description:-

This is a full-time, on-site Admissions Counsellor role based in Dehradun. The Admissions Counsellor will manage the end-to-end admissions process, including responding to inquiries, guiding prospective students and families through application requirements, and coordinating campus visits and interactions. Daily responsibilities include conducting counselling sessions, explaining curriculum and residential life, maintaining accurate applicant records, and following up with leads to ensure timely conversions. The Admissions Counsellor is expected to uphold the school’s values, provide a welcoming and inclusive experience, and represent the School professionally in all interactions.
