Role Summary

The Assistant Admissions Officer plays a key role in shaping the first impression of Universal Wisdom School for prospective families. This role involves engaging with parents, guiding them through the IB and Cambridge pathways, and ensuring a seamless, high-quality admissions experience from inquiry to enrollment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective parents via calls, emails, and campus visits
• Guide and counsel parents on IB & Cambridge curricula, school philosophy, and student pathways
• Manage the end-to-end admissions journey – from inquiry to enrollment conversion
• Conduct and coordinate campus tours, open houses, and personalized interactions
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, applications, and follow-ups in CRM systems
• Collaborate closely with marketing and academic teams for campaigns and parent engagement initiatives
• Ensure timely and consistent follow-ups with prospective families
• Verify application documents and ensure adherence to admission guidelines
