Admissions Manager
The Admissions Manager is responsible for leading the strategy, daily operations, and team execution of the university's enrollment division. This role focuses on driving student recruitment, managing the applicant evaluation pipeline, and meeting annual intake goals. The manager will balance data-driven strategic planning with empathetic student counseling, ensuring a high-quality, compliant, and seamless onboarding experience for prospective domestic and international students.
Key Responsibilities
1. Team Leadership & Operations
- Direct and manage the admissions team, including coordinators, counselors, and support staff.
- Oversee daily operations of application processing, documentation verification, and transcript evaluation.
- Establish performance metrics and conduct regular evaluations to ensure high conversion rates from inquiry to enrollment.
- Conduct training on institutional compliance, curriculum offerings, and student-centric communication.
2. Strategy & Funnel Management
- Develop and implement data-driven recruitment strategies to scale diverse undergraduate and postgraduate cohorts.
- Optimize the CRM system to track leads, automate follow-ups, and eliminate pipeline bottlenecks.
- Analyze enrollment trends, forecast intake figures, and compile regular reports for senior university leadership.
- Manage the admissions budget and allocate resources effectively across digital campaigns and physical outreach.
3. Application Evaluation & Compliance
- Enforce university policy regarding academic eligibility, credit transfers, and internal scholarships.
- Review complex applications and serve as the final point of escalation for specialized cases, appeals, or student grievances.
4. Outreach & Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with marketing teams to design targeted promotional materials and digital outreach campaigns.
- Organize high-impact events such as open houses, informational webinars, and physical campus tours.
- Build institutional partnerships with high schools, community colleges, and global recruitment agencies.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education Administration, Communications, or a related field; a Master’s degree is highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of progressive experience in university admissions or enrollment services or any education industry with at least 2–3 years in team Handling.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and cross-cultural communication skills.
