Job summary

EuroSchool India is seeking an Admissions Counselor in Pune to drive end-to-end enrollment, maintain a healthy CRM, and plan events that convert inquiries into admissions. You will manage a small team and ensure timely follow-ups with prospects, while coordinating with accounts on fees and payments.

The role requires a graduate with 2+ years in school admissions or education sales, and strong communication and persuasion skills to exceed targets. This position is based on-site at our Pune campus.

Qualifications

• Any Graduate with at least 2 years’ experience in school admissions or education sales.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills.
• Experience using CRM tools (Zoho or similar) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end admission from enquiry to final enrolment.
• Lead a team of two or more Admission counselors and staff.
• Prepare Admission Folders covering philosophy, infrastructure, board affiliation, achievements, staff profiles, activities, parent testimonials, and fee structure.
• Deliver compelling school presentations and handle objections effectively.
• Maintain a daily-updated database of enquiries and track conversion stages.
• Attend minimum 3 out of 5 daily team meetings and keep CRM hygiene with timely updates on admission status.
• Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects in the pipeline.
• Plan and execute a minimum of 2 events per 60-day cycle to drive admissions.
• Coordinate with accounts on admissions count, fees collected, discounts, and payment schedule.
• Undertake other duties as directed by the Principal.

The Admissions Counselor will manage the end-to-end admission process for the school, from initial walk-in or telephonic enquiry through to final enrolment, while managing a pipeline of prospects, maintaining Customer Relationship Management system hygiene, planning engagement events, and driving conversion targets.
