Functional Reporting: Corporate Admissions Leadership

The Admissions Coordinator will manage the end-to-end school admission process including marketing, from initial enquiry to confirmed enrolment. The role requires strong parent counselling, consistent lead follow-up, admission conversion and sound understanding of different school curricula including IB, Cambridge, CBSE and Inclusive / Special Education programmes. The position is expected to actively contribute towards achieving campus admission targets while providing a professional and positive experience to prospective parents & is expected to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities (Includes but not limited to):

• Handle admission enquiries received through walk-ins, telephone, website, digital campaigns, social media, referrals, marketing and other lead sources.
• Counsel prospective parents on the appropriate curriculum and programme based on the child’s age, academic background and learning requirements.
• Clearly explain the school’s IB, Cambridge, CBSE and Inclusive Education offerings (as per the responsibilities given), academic approach, facilities, fee structure, transport and admission process.
• Manage regular lead follow-ups and enquiry-to-admission conversion through calls, email, WhatsApp and other approved communication channels.
• Maintain all enquiries, follow-ups, applications and conversion stages accurately in the Admissions CRM/ Lead Management System.
• Schedule and coordinate campus visits, school tours, parent meetings, student assessments and admission interactions.
• Coordinate with the Head of School, Academic Team and Special Education/ Inclusive Education Team wherever curriculum or student-support clarification is required.
• Guide parents through application, documentation, assessment, fee payment and final enrolment formalities.
• Work closely with Academics, Finance, Administration, Transport and Marketing teams to ensure smooth completion of admissions.
• Track pending leads, identify high-potential enquiries and take timely action to improve conversion.
• Understand and record reasons for lost or non-converted enquiries and provide feedback to the Admissions Head.
• Support Open Houses, admission events, education fairs, preschool outreach, community engagement and other admission-generation activities.
• Prepare daily/ weekly admission pipeline, conversion and target-achievement reports.
• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality and compliance with the school's admission policies and processes.

Candidate Profile:

• Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline. MBA / Marketing / Communication / Education background will be an advantage.
• Preferably 3–6 years of experience in School Admissions, Education Counselling, Student Recruitment, Parent Relations or Education Sales.
• Candidates with experience in K-12 schools, International Schools, IB Schools, Cambridge Schools or CBSE Schools will be preferred.
