You will manage the student lifecycle from prospecting to orientation, handle inquiries, and ensure accurate fee and records management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
• Empathy, patience, and the ability to connect with students from diverse backgrounds.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Prior experience in student counseling, academic advisory, or admissions is advantageous.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.

Key Responsibilities

Career Guidance & Counseling

• Engage with prospective students and their families to understand aspirations and recommend suitable academic programs
• Provide clear, comprehensive information that builds trust and inspires interest in our offerings

Student Lifecycle Management & Admissions

• Manage the complete student journey: prospecting, counseling, admission, orientation, and ongoing support
• Drive conversions by achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly admission targets
• Oversee fee structures and ensure accurate management of the fee software for various programs

Compliance & Internal Processes

• Adhere to institutional policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admissions activities

Effective Communication & Engagement

• Build strong relationships through timely follow-ups, both online and offline
• Handle inbound/outbound calls and walk-in inquiries with professionalism to maximize conversion rates
