Adexmediahub in Maharashtra is seeking an Admissions Manager to oversee the end-to-end admissions process, from lead generation and counselling to conversion and enrolment.

You will train and motivate the admissions team, monitor performance through CRM tools, manage student discussions, and build relationships with students, parents, and partners. The role focuses on timely follow-ups and driving enrolment growth.

• Handle important student and parent discussions, queries, and negotiations.
• Build strong relationships with students, parents, and institutional partners.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and smooth coordination throughout the admission process.
• Prepare regular reports on admissions, team performance, and revenue for management.
• Train and support team members to improve counselling quality and conversion rates.
• Stay updated on university programs, eligibility criteria, scholarships, and admission trends.
• Identify opportunities to improve admission performance and drive business
