• Target Achievement: Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed student enrollment targets set by management.
• Process Management: Oversee the end‑to‑end application process, from initial inquiry to final registration, ensuring compliance with institutional policies.
• Lead Generation & Nurturing: Collaborate with marketing teams to conduct outreach, attend educational fairs, and manage CRM systems to convert leads into enrollments.

Team Leadership

Supervise and train admission counselors or front‑office staff on communication and sales strategies.
