As an Admission Officer, you will be responsible for driving sales by engaging prospectivestudents, guiding them through the enrollment process, and building long-term relationships.You will play a critical role in helping students make informed decisions about their educationalpath while contributing to the growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Conversion:
Convert leads into enrolled students by effectively communicating the benefits of ourprograms, understanding student needs, and addressing any concerns or questionsduring the decision-making process.
Relationship Building:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and their families.Provide personalized support throughout the admission process and beyond, ensuring apositive experience.
Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets by actively engaging with prospectivestudents through various communication channels (calls, emails, webinars, etc.).
Counseling & Guidance:
Advise students on program selection, admission,careeropportunities, tailoring recommendations based on their interests and goals.
Follow-ups:
Conduct timely follow-ups with leads to nurture interest, answer queries, and guide themtowards making the final enrollment decision.
Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of all student interactions, admissions data, and progresstowards targets in the CRM system.
Work closely with other teams (marketing, academic departments, etc.) to ensure aseamless student experience from inquiry to enrollment.
