Qualifications

• UG/PG degree in Education, Psychology, or related field with 2–5 years experience.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in academic counseling, career guidance or admissions.
• Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication to drive enrollments.

• Flexible for 6days working from the office with rotational weekly off.
