Job summary

MIT Vishwaprayaag University in Solapur, Maharashtra invites applications for an Admissions Counselor. You will counsel prospects, convert them to enrolments, and manage the complete student journey from prospecting to orientation, while meeting pipeline targets and maintaining CRM records.

Fluency in English and local languages is valued, with 2+ years of relevant experience. Preference for multilingual candidates and those with Edtech or education sector experience.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: -

• Have an interest in education. like to tutor understudies. A talent for deals and situating a thought.
• Comfortable making cold calls and talking to maximum numbers of customers per day. Should be able to handle large call volumes (inbound and outbound)
• Generate Applications by counselling prospects and converting them to Enrolments. Champion entire student cycle: Prospecting, Counselling, Admission, Orientation, Support.
• Meet and exceed pipeline contribution goals
• Respond quickly to assigned leads
• Willingness to be measured by weekly and monthly metrics.
• Maintaining of proper records relating to admissions through CRM software.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE: -
