Job summary

KA Preps, an international education brand specialising in Cambridge, IGCSE, A Levels and IB, is seeking an experienced Admission Counsellor in Pimpri, Pune. You will handle student and parent enquiries, assess curriculum needs, conduct counselling sessions, and guide applicants through the admissions journey from enquiry to enrolment.

The role requires 2–5 years in education counselling, excellent English, strong communication, CRM experience, and on-site work in PCMC, Pune.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in education counselling, admissions, student enrolment, or consultative sales.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to handle parents and students professionally.
• Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working with targets and conversion metrics.
• Good knowledge of CRM, Google Workspace, WhatsApp, and digital communication tools.

Responsibilities

• Handle student and parent enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
• Understand the student's curriculum, grade, subjects, academic performance, exam timeline, and learning requirements.
• Conduct structured counselling sessions with parents and students.
• Explain Cambridge, IGCSE, A Levels, and IB requirements in a simple manner.
• Recommend suitable programs based on student needs.
• Manage the complete admissions journey from enquiry to enrolment and onboarding.
• Follow up consistently with qualified leads.
• Coordinate trial classes and academic assessments.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and admissions reports.

• Understand the student's curriculum, grade, subjects, academic performance, exam timeline, and learning requirements

• Explain Cambridge, IGCSE, A Levels, and IB requirements in a simple manner
• Recommend suitable programs based on student needs

• Coordinate trial classes and academic assessments
