Job summary

Itvedant Education Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Career Guide to understand students' career aspirations and guide them to enroll in suitable courses, supporting them through the admission process from walk-in to enrolment.

You will handle learner walk-ins, assess needs, recommend programs, manage inquiries to enrollment, and strive to achieve monthly admission and sales targets while building strong relationships with learners and parents.

Qualifications

• 1-7yrs experience in career counselling/B2C sales across the education/EdTech industry (Finance Domain Preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a Target-driven sales mindset
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication & counselling skills

Responsibilities
