Job summary

LIFE Educare Pvt. Ltd is seeking an Admission Counsellor in Ranchi to drive the complete admissions journey for prospective students and their families.

The role requires onsite presence, strong English/Hindi communication, and expertise in guiding applicants through the admissions process. You will coordinate campus tours, participate in events, maintain CRM records, and collaborate with Principal and Marketing teams to ensure a smooth admissions experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's degree preferred).
• 25 years of experience in admissions, counselling, education, sales, customer relationship management, or a similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong interpersonal and counseling skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/admissions management software.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to admission inquiries via phone, email, walk-ins, and other channels.
• Counsel prospective students and parents regarding academic programs, facilities, and admissions process.
• Schedule and conduct campus tours for prospective families.
• Organize and participate in admission events, open houses, education fairs, and community outreach.
• Guide applicants through the complete admission process, ensuring timely submission of documents.
• Review applications and supporting documents, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
• Coordinate interviews with prospective students and parents where applicable.
• Build relationships with prospective families, providing regular follow-ups and status updates.
• Maintain records of inquiries, applications, and admissions activities in the CRM.

Location: Ranchi, Jharkhand (Onsite)

Experience in Admission Counselling at School is Mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to admission inquiries via phone, email, walk-ins, and other communication channels.
• Counsel prospective students and parents regarding the school's academic programs, facilities, extracurricular activities, and admission process.
• Schedule and conduct campus tours for prospective families, providing a positive and informative experience.
• Organize and participate in admission events, open houses, school presentations, education fairs, and community outreach programs.
• Guide applicants through the complete admission process, ensuring timely submission of all required documents.
• Review applications and supporting documents, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
• Coordinate interviews with prospective students and parents, where applicable.
• Build and nurture relationships with prospective families, providing regular follow-ups and application status updates.
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, applications, and admissions activities in the admissions database/CRM.
• Prepare periodic reports on admissions performance, conversion rates, and enrollment trends.
• Collaborate with the Principal, Head of Admissions, Marketing, Academic, and Finance teams to ensure a smooth admissions process.
• Develop and distribute admission-related materials, including brochures, newsletters, and information packs.
• Utilize social media and digital communication platforms to engage with prospective students and parents.
• Represent the school professionally at external events and maintain a positive brand image.
