Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Education/Management preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in school admissions, counselling, or parent-facing roles.
• Freshers with strong communication skills and a learning mindset may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective parents via calls, emails, and campus visits.
• Guide and counsel parents on IB & Cambridge curricula, school philosophy, and student pathways, while managing the end-to-end admissions journey from inquiry to enrolment conversion.
• Conduct and coordinate campus tours, open houses, and personalised interactions.
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, applications, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and academic teams for campaigns and parent engagement initiatives.
• Ensure timely and consistent follow-ups with prospective families.
• Verify application documents and adherence to admission guidelines.
• Prepare admissions reports, funnel tracking, and conversion insights.

The Admission Counsellor plays a key role in shaping the first impression of Universal Wisdom School for prospective families.
