Job summary

Technoglobe in Mira Road, Mumbai, is seeking a full-time admissions counsellor to guide prospective students and parents about courses, fees, batches, and placement support. You will handle walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp chats, and online leads, converting inquiries into admissions with CRM documentation.

The role requires a graduate, strong English and Marathi/Hindi communication, and at least 1 year in admissions or education counselling. Salary ₹20,000–₹30,000 per month with incentives and growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in admissions, education counselling, sales, customer service, or telecalling.

Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students and parents regarding our courses and career opportunities.
• Handle walk-in enquiries, phone calls, WhatsApp chats, and online leads.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, counselling sessions, and admissions.

• Participate in education fairs, seminars, workshops, and promotional events when required.
