Job summary

JobsKart is looking for a candidate to manage inbound and outbound calls with prospective students regarding stock market courses. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to convert inquiries into admissions, while maintaining lead records in a CRM.

The successful applicant will guide students on course details and follow up regularly to meet admission targets. Proficiency in Hindi and basic English is essential, while stock market knowledge may be beneficial but is not mandatory as training will be provided.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle both inbound and outbound calls with prospective students.
• Contact leads generated through Google, social media, websites, and other online platforms.
• Understand students' learning requirements and guide them regarding stock market courses.
• Explain course details, curriculum, fees, batch timings, and career opportunities.
• Follow up regularly with interested candidates and convert inquiries into admissions.
• Maintain lead records and update student interactions in the CRM/software.
• Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.
• Coordinate with faculty and administration teams regarding student onboarding.
• Build strong relationships with students and provide excellent counseling support.
